How to open a Bonds Account:

Step 1

Select ‘Trade Bonds’ on the left hand menu

To qualify as an Accredited Investor, individuals have to meet at least 1 of the following 3 criteria:

  1. Income not less than SGD300,000 in the last 12 months (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
  2. Net personal assets exceeding SGD2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in value, of which the net value of the investor’s primary place of residence can only contribute up to SGD1 million
  3. Net Financial Assets exceeding SGD1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in value

BondbloX Bond Exchange (BBX) is operated by BondEvalue Pte Ltd. BondEvalue Pte Ltd is currently approved as a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). CapBridge Pte Ltd is a member of the Bondblox Bond Exchange. We will automatically open a BondbloX account for you when you open a bond account on CapBridge.

Terms and Conditions for Limited Time Promo

Qualifying BondbloX:
CapBridge in collaboration with BondEvalue Pte. Ltd. has launched this Promotion for Eligible Clients investing in BondbloX as made available on the Platform.

 

Promotion:

  • Subject to the Terms, an Eligible Client will receive a credit of USD/SGD 1,000/-, upon the purchase of every USD/SGD 100,000/- face value of BondbloX. The applicable credit shall be based on the amount of investment that the Eligible Client makes during the Promotional Period (an Eligible Client should purchase a minimum of USD/SGD 100,000/-, or such other higher amount in multiples of 100,000, in the Qualifying BondbloX). The face value of the investment amount for this Promotion is not capped per Eligible Client. For instance, a USD/SGD 500,000/- face value of the investment in the BondbloX will be eligible for a USD/SGD 5000/- credit.

  • The amount will be credited into the Eligible Client’s BondbloX Account directly within 10 business days by the 15th of the following month, from the end of the promotion period or the end of the calendar month, whichever is earlier.

  • The client can mix and match between different BondbloX and different currencies to achieve the minimum USD/SGD 100,000/-. The credit to be received will be calculated accordingly. For example, a client who buys USD 30,000 and SGD 70,000 face value of BondbloX during the promotion period will receive USD 300 and SGD 700 as credit.

  • The face value of the investment amount shall be either in Singapore dollar (“SGD”) or United States dollar (“USD”), as the case may be depending on the currency used to purchase the BondbloX, and the applicable credit shall be provided for in the same currency in accordance with the Terms.
  • or clarity, a client who buys USD/SGD 90,000/- of BondbloX during the Promotional Period is not eligible for any credit. For clarity, a client who buys USD/SGD 170,000/- of BondbloX during the Promotional Period will be eligible only to USD/SGD 1,000/-.

Promotional Period:
The Promotion shall commence on May 1, 2022, and shall end on May 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be decided by CapBridge and BondEvalue by mutual agreement.

 

Eligibility:
All clients of CapBrdige who have opted in shall be deemed eligible for this Promotion (the “Eligible Client”). For avoidance of doubt, the Promotion shall not be available for employees of BondEvalue Pte. Ltd.
