How do I invite my friend?
Simply provide your CapBridge-Registered Email address to your friend and make sure to let your friend know to input this in the Referral Field when signing up!
How will I know if my referral is successful?
Your referral will be successful when the following are complete:
- Your friend signs up for a CapBridge account and inputs your CapBridge registered email in the referral field.
- Your friend completes KYC as an Accredited Investor (AI).
How do I choose my gift?
Once your referral is successful, you and your friend will receive an email within the first 7 business days of the next month to select your preferred choice of gift card. Please indicate your preference by the 12th of the same month.
If we do not get a response by the 12th, or if you only submit your response after the 12th, the default gift will be sent to you. The default gift may be be subject to change any time based on CapBridge’s discretion.
I've chosen my gift. How and when will I receive it?
You will receive your gift in your CapBridge registered email.
All gifts successfully claimed by the 12th of the month will be distributed by the 15th of the same month. For example, if you claim your gift on or before 12 May, you will receive your gift by 15 May.
What if my friend forgets to input my email / inputs the wrong email in the referral field?
Please email us at contact@capbridge.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 9829 2062 as soon as possible. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
Can I change my choice of gift if I have not received it?
All gift selections are final and no changes will be entertained. Please make sure to select your preferred gift correctly.
Terms and Conditions
- This offer is only valid for existing qualifying clients who successfully refer a new user to open a CapBridge account. Bonuses will be credited only if the referred account is approved and has completed the Accredited Investor KYC.
Limit one offer per qualified referral with a maximum of one account per referred client. Rewards will be disbursed by the 15th of the every month.
The reward will be given according to the gift cards chosen. If the user does not select their gift card option by the 12th of the month, the default option of Amazon Gift Card will be given.
- To participate in the CapBridge Referral Program, all parties must agree to the terms stated above and herein, which become part of CapBridge’s Terms & Conditions.
- Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless approved by CapBridge. Referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs, unless authorised by CapBridge.
- Clients are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral code. Clients are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral codes.
- CapBridge reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove the Incentives if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the CapBridge’s Terms & Conditions.
- CapBridge also has the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our absolute sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
- In the event of the Referred Client having missed the referral code field at signup, they can reach out to CapBridge within 10 days of opening the account, to have the referral code manually recorded. CapBridge reserves the right to reject requests on a case-by-case basis.
- CapBridge reserves the right to amend terms and conditions including changing the reward benefits of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
- The reward given is strictly not stackable with other incentives.
