We make Private Investment Opportunities Accessible to Everyone

Access private equity deals through Preferred Access

In recent years, investors seeking above-market returns have looked to investing in private companies outside of public stock exchanges. Such private equity opportunities are typically not accessible to everyone – until now. With Capbridge’s Preferred Access, retail investors* can now participate in Preferred Access deals to gain access to private investment opportunities in late stage growth and pre-IPO companies that feature simple and straightforward risk-adjusted investment structures with a liquidity pathway in sight.

*Subject to CapBridge’s onboarding criteria for retail investors
