2. Apply to Start Fundraising
Customize your deal type and fundraising details and garner interest from suitable investors on the CapBridge Platform.
3. Manage Potential Investors and their Access
Once your fundraising application has been approved you will be notified as investors begin to express interest. Interact with them directly through communication tools on the platform and choose which investors to engage with and grant access to your data room at your own discretion.
4. Conclude Your Fundraise
Conclude your fundraising campaign once your target amount is met. Funds will be transferred to your company’s bank account once all securities are issued and all legal requirements executed. If your target amount is met before your designated deadline, you will also be offered the option to allow for over-subscription on your deal.
