Online Platform & Content Creation–

  • Content/Competitor market research.
  • Write and edit targeted finance-related marketing content for blogs, list articles, email and offline campaign pieces as needed.
  • Communicate with industry professionals via email to create a strong network
  • Assist Marketing Manager in events and support in other marketing matters
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practice

Investor Outreach –

  • Analyse the various new companies on our platform to craft investor targeted emails as and when a new opportunity is onboarded/updated.
  • Track/report the feedback and interest after every email campaign.
  • Maintain and manage the email inbox and replies
  • Analyse current processes, results and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Basic Photoshop

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Assist with deal sourcing and all stages of due diligence including market & industry analysis, intellectual property analysis, conduct primary/secondary research
2) Review business plans of companies looking to fundraise on the CapBridge platform
3) Extraction and consolidation of company information including maintaining updated operational, IP & financial reports for platform companies:

Corporate Development Intern (PA to Founders)

We are opening an Intern position, reporting directly to the founders of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducting and presenting researches/studies on countries, sectors, companies and other investment topics
  • Constructing and maintaining the financial model for the company

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform KYC due diligence on prospective and existing clients
  • Coordinate with clients and front office on the collection of the KYC documents/ information
  • Escalate complex cases to Compliance for advice or clarification where applicable
  • Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of KYC documentation and statistics for MI reporting

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic corporate and secretarial duties of the Company and its related companies
  • Drafting board resolutions and taking minutes at board meetings
  • Assist with compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements as a Financial Institution including performance of basic due diligence functions
  • Maintaining and updating of company registers and records (shareholder agreements; fundraising decks; investment agreements; loan documents or credit notes)

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, on-board and qualify suitable Issuers suitable for secondary placement on CapBridge
  • Coordinate with and assist selling shareholders and incoming investors with all online & offline deal execution, transactions, closing etc…
  • Commitment to client success for issuers and issuer shareholders
  • Position Secondary Placement and Private Listing options amongst other liquidity options such as M&A, IPO and private secondary sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities – UX Business Analyst

  • Gather detailed technical and functional requirements, conduct research and analysis, coordinate solution design.
  • Design and Deliver high fidelity Wireframes & mock-ups optimized for intuitive user experience
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, including prioritization and build-out of new features / products.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrator functions such as user management, roles & permissions etc…
  • Participate in testing and documentation of new features.
  • Assist marketing team to launch integrated marketing campaign to external and internal users.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience as a Product Manager, UX Analyst, business analyst, functional lead, QA tester, developer or similar
  • Proven 1-2 years’ track record in designing and delivering wireframes, technical requirements management, functional testing
  • Experience in Adobe CS, Sketch, and/or other prototyping and wireframing tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Heroku is a plus

This constant and growing project looks to integrate data from multiple sources for manipulation via machine learning algorithms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Construct and deliver a secure, working Business Solution
    • the Master Database project: develop a working Targeting Machine for our day-to-day business functions;
      • Build and fine-tune existing / future algorithmic processes for business use.
    • the main platform: improve and revamp current site to accommodate new business developments.
      • Create responsive applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.
