Capital Markets Intern
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with deal sourcing and all stages of due diligence including market & industry analysis, intellectual property analysis, conduct primary/secondary research
- Review business plans of companies looking to fundraise on the CapBridge platform
- Extraction and consolidation of company information including maintaining updated operational, IP & financial reports for platform companies:
– Financial reporting and presentations
– Additional corporate finance tasks
– Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, accounting or business required
- Possess good presentation skills, adept at problem-solving and attention to details

Investor Sales Analyst Intern
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and email Accredited Investors (AIs) daily
- Support Investor Sales in day to day functions
- Use Salesforce daily to record communications with clients
- Find new partnerships and databases to expand client outreach
- Work closely with KYC team to get investors onboarded
- Work closely with marketing team to coordinate sales efforts
- Work closely with tech team to solve client’s tech issues
- Come up with new ways to make existing processes more efficient

Marketing Interns
Roles & Responsibilities
- Content/Competitor market research.
- Design supporting images (banners, infographics etc) for blogs, list articles, email and offline campaign pieces (brochures etc) as needed.
- Analyse the various new companies on our platform to craft investor targeted emails as and when a new opportunity is onboarded/updated.
- Track/report the feedback and interest after every email campaign.
- Analyse current processes, results and implement improvements

Associate, Capital Markets
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, on-board and qualify suitable Issuers suitable for secondary placement on CapBridge
- Coordinate with and assist selling shareholders and incoming investors with all online & offline deal execution, transactions, closing etc…
- Commitment to client success for issuers and issuer shareholders
- Position Secondary Placement and Private Listing options amongst other liquidity options such as M&A, IPO and private secondary sales
- Execute go-to-market strategy for both Issuers and Investors via in-depth research and understanding of private placement landscape in Asia

Requirements

UX Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities – UX Business Analyst
- Gather detailed technical and functional requirements, conduct research and analysis, coordinate solution design.
- Design and Deliver high fidelity Wireframes & mock-ups optimized for intuitive user experience
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, including prioritization and build-out of new features / products.
- Perform ad-hoc administrator functions such as user management, roles & permissions etc…
- Participate in testing and documentation of new features.
- Assist marketing team to launch integrated marketing campaign to external and internal users.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years’ experience as a Product Manager, UX Analyst, business analyst, functional lead, QA tester, developer or similar
- Proven 1-2 years’ track record in designing and delivering wireframes, technical requirements management, functional testing
- Experience in Adobe CS, Sketch, and/or other prototyping and wireframing tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Heroku is a plus

Investor Syndication Managing Director
Roles & Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize on-boarding process to identify, profile, qualify, and raise capital from institutional and HNWI investors within Asia Pacific, to invest in mid-market / emerging growth private placement and pre-IPO deal opportunities
- Identify and qualify private company issuers suitable for fundraising with potential investors
- Execute go-to-market issuer & investor strategy via in-depth understanding of private placement investment landscape
- Expand existing profitable client relationships with key institutional investors, family offices and HNWI
- Lead, motivate and train BD team to achieve on-boarding and investment targets
- Partner with intermediaries to grow and develop both investor and issuer relationships
- Assist in coordinating research and market reports to promote and raise participant awareness
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the financial services industry
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong knowledge of Equity Capital Markets, including IPO and secondary placements

Ethereum Developer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality code on Ethereum-based Smart Contract
- Integrate Smart Contract with existing back-end systems
- Monitor Smart Contract performance, and rectify any potential issues
- Ensure designs are in compliance with relevant specifications and regulations
- Work with all phases of the software development life cycle
- Work closely with the UI developer in design, development, configuration, test and maintenance of web-based solutions
Requirements
- Experience with Solidity and Ethereum development tools
