Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Provide ongoing support for day-to-day operations, compliance workflow and IT processes
  • Liaise with end-users and external stakeholders and provide operational/computer support if necessary
  • Proactively review and streamline processes to drive efficiency and ensure controls are maintained
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of all firm operational procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Create, maintain and update internal control/process documentation, review documents and prepare working papers to support observations; and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant department management;
  • Provide regular reporting to management
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Operations, Compliance and/or IT within the finance industry
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Degree in accountancy, finance, business administration or law is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that is continually changing

  • Create well thought out, data-backed strategic plans of action for both tactical campaigns and always-on content, and manage them end to end
  • Identify content opportunities and create impactful copy for all marketing purposes (social media, blog posts, advertising copy etc)
  • Develop and refine the customer journey map for email marketing to improve conversions across all stages of the funnel
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of tools (such as Google Analytics, Salesforce) and optimise campaigns accordingly
  • Provide general communications support in areas such as PR, events, media monitoring and partnerships
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and gaps

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial services
  • Experience with analytics, CRM and CMS tools such as wordpress, mailchimp, adobe photoshop/indesign, salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent command of English
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Exposure to customer and market research
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Has outstanding project management skills
  • Finance, business or marketing related degree, or equivalent professional qualification

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Scale and optimize on-boarding process to identify, profile, qualify, and raise capital from institutional and HNWI investors within Asia Pacific, to invest in mid-market / emerging growth private placement and pre-IPO deal opportunities
  • Identify and qualify private company issuers suitable for fundraising with potential investors
  • Execute go-to-market issuer & investor strategy via in-depth understanding of private placement investment landscape
  • Expand existing profitable client relationships with key institutional investors, family offices and HNWI
  • Lead, motivate and train BD team to achieve on-boarding and investment targets
  • Partner with intermediaries to grow and develop both investor and issuer relationships
  • Assist in coordinating research and market reports to promote and raise participant awareness

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the financial services industry
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Equity Capital Markets, including IPO and secondary placements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent command of English
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin
  • Independent and driven individual
  • Investor Value Oriented (role compensation is largely delivery driven)
